In solidarity with the Southern Labor Forum, the Human and Natural Resources Development Foundation (HNRDF) actively participated in the 138th International Labor Day celebration held at the Katunayake Trade Zone on May 1st, 2024.
This year’s theme focused on protecting the rights of all workers. The rally brought together a diverse range of the worker’s community, including working women from various sectors. Their participation highlighted the importance of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for all within the workforce.
HNRDF remains committed to advocating for a fair and inclusive work environment for all. Through its participation in such events, the foundation strives to amplify the voices of workers and promote their rights and well-being.
ජාත්‍යන්තර කම්කරු දිනය සැමරීමට HNRDF අත්වැල් බැඳගනී
දක්ෂිණ කම්කරු සංසදයේ සහයෝගීතාවයෙන්, මානව හා ස්වභාවික සම්පත් සංවර්ධන පදනම (HNRDF) 2024 මැයි 1 වන දින කටුනායක වෙළඳ කලාපයේ පැවති 138 වැනි ජාත්‍යන්තර කම්කරු දින සැමරුමට සක්‍රීයව සහභාගී විය.
මෙම වසරේ තේමාව සියලු කම්කරුවන්ගේ අයිතිවාසිකම් ආරක්ෂා කිරීම කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කර ඇත. රැලිය විවිධ ක්ෂේත්‍රවල වැඩ කරන කාන්තාවන් ඇතුළු කම්කරු ප්‍රජාවේ විවිධ පරාසයන් එකට එක් කළේය. ශ්‍රම බලකාය තුළ සැමට සමාන අයිතිවාසිකම් සහ අවස්ථාවන් සහතික කිරීමේ වැදගත්කම ඔවුන්ගේ සහභාගීත්වයෙන් ඉස්මතු විය.
HNRDF සැමට සාධාරණ සහ සියල්ල ඇතුළත් සේවා පරිසරයක් වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටීමට කැපවී සිටී. එවැනි සිදුවීම් සඳහා එහි සහභාගීත්වය තුළින්, පදනම කම්කරුවන්ගේ හඬ පුළුල් කිරීමට සහ ඔවුන්ගේ අයිතිවාසිකම් සහ යහපැවැත්ම ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරයි.
